Wonderful villa with private pool, garden, air conditioning and wifi.
This villa is located in a quiet urbanization of Estación de Cártama, it consists of two floors, a first floor with a spacious living-dining room with fireplace and bar area, a large fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (two with double beds and the third with bunk beds) and a complete bathroom. It is ideal for a quiet family holiday or as a couple.
The upper floor has two large bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a large terrace.
It also has a private swimming pool, garden area with lawn, porch, barbecue area with summer kitchen, outdoor dining area, tables, chairs and sun loungers, children's play area with swings, basket, etc. and covered parking. All with beautiful views of the Guadalhorce Valley.
The house also has towels for the swimming pool.
In the event that you require a full fridge service prior to your arrival, the owner is available to do so. Please check with the agency for possible arrangements.
Neither Cubo's Holiday Homes nor the owner can be held responsible for any possible restrictions in the water supply and how they may affect the traveller's stay, provided that these are decreed by the competent authorities and must be complied with.

We enjoyed our stay in the villa, the house was spacious and the pool area was great. Really perfect for two families, house was very kid friendly and the host provided us with baby beds and a high chair. The location was also fantastic - short drive to Malaga and Marbella, and reasonable drives to other great cities around Andalucia. And the villa has spectacular views! Overall we had a great time, however there were some basics missing in the house - toilet paper, salt, pepper, olive oil, hand soap etc. There is Lidl and Aldi just 5 minute drive away so it’s not really a problem, but if you are arriving late with kids it’s good to know in advance. Otherwise a great house in a great location, thanks!

The villa was better than the pictures- beautiful grounds and views, there was nothing this villa didn’t have, it was well equipped, all ages catered for - the kids enjoyed the pool slide and hottub. The outside kitchen a big bonus, the location was good, a 3 minute drive into the town. Overall we were all very pleased we stayed here and are looking to book again for next year.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war schön! Für das Wetter war die Unterkunft traumhaft und wir konnten den Garten und die Außenküche wunderbar nutzen. Wir waren als Familie dort und fanden sowohl Bad- als auch die Zimmersituation für uns perfekt. Wir hatten drei Mietwagen, weswegen wir von der Unterkunft aus, gut zu Ausflügen starten konnten. Sonst ist die Unterkunft eher abgelegen. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war äußerst nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend und es gab die Möglichkeit, dass wir sehr flexibel in die Unterkunft konnten, was uns sehr viel Strass ersparte.Für uns gibt es nur einen Kritikpunkt und das sind die bellenden Hunde aus der Nachbarschaft, die uns die ersten Nächte nicht haben schlafen lassen. Mehrmals in der Nacht bzw. am frühen Morgen bellten die Hunde um die Wette. Im Verlaufdes Urlaubs verdrängte man es immer mehr...Wir können den Aufenthalt in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen! (:

Piscine et jacuzzi très appréciables.Environnement parfaitLe seul soucis fut les aboiements des chiens de jour comme de nuit dans le jardin voisin....Et pour notre dernière soirée, paella faite sous nos yeux et sangria à volonté pour un prix très raisonnable, confectionnées par le frère du propriétaire, donc pas besoin de ressortir !!!!Merci à Kati et sa fille pour les conseils, en espagnol ou anglais, heureusement que nous avions un traducteur vocal sur le portable !!!!Nous vous conseillons vivement cette villa 🥰👍

Van 13 tot en met 20 oktober 2022 verbleven wij met drie gezinnen (6 volwassenen en drie kinderen van 4, 2 en 1 jaar) in Villa CatalinaHet huis is ruim, met een grote keuken en voldoende slaapplaatsen. Van de drie beschreven badkamers, zijn er echter twee in het huis. De derde badkamer bevindt zich in de tuin en is alleen via de tuin bereikbaar.De slaapkamers boven hebben geen verduistering, dit kan lastig zijn wanneer kleine kinderen tussen de middag nog even moeten slapen.Het terrein is zeer ruim, afsluitbaar(elektrisch bedienbare poort) met ruimte voor drie (of meer) auto’s. De tuin is in een woord prachtig en zeer kindvriendelijk (wel oppassen bij het zwembad) Het zwembad is groot, met speelmateriaal voor kinderen. Daarnaast is er een jacuzzi. Tevens is er een grote buitenkeuken. Super om met een wat grotere groep te koken en buiten te kunnen eten. Beide keukens zijn volledig uitgerust met vaatwasser, magnetron/oven, koelkast en diepvriezers. In onze vakantieweek hebben we vrijwel alleen van de buitenkeuken gebruik gemaakt. Het is niet nodig om handdoeken mee te nemen. Handdoeken voor binnen en aparte handdoeken voor buiten zijn in overvloed aanwezig. Mocht je toch een was willen doen. Wasmachine (en droger) zijn aanwezig.De sleuteloverdracht verliep zeer plezierig. Patricia spreekt Engels en gaf uitleg hoe alles werkte. Het enige nadeel wat we kunnen noemen is dat het huis onder de aanvliegroute naar het vliegveld van Malaga ligt. Echt storend hebben we dat niet ervaren.Meer storend is het geblaf van honden in de zeer nabije omgeving. Echter geen reden om niet nogmaals terug te keren naar “Villa Catalina”.We kunnen terugkijken op een zeer geslaagde vakantieweek. Kortom we hebben genoten.

Hemos pasado unas excelentes vacaciones en Villa Catalina. La casa es muy bonita y el espacio exterior (patio, áreas verdes, alberca) es perfecta para unas vacaciones en familia. Los más pequeños tienen suficiente espacio para jugar. La cocina exterior está perfectamente equipada. La vista desde la terraza es hermosa. Todas las áreas están bien cuidadas y limpias. Excelente servicio de la anfitriona Caty, disponible en todo momento, muy amable y atenta. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia en la Villa. Seguramente regresaremos pronto.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au sein de cette villa qui est idéal pour des vacances en famille.Vous y trouverez tout ce qu’il faut pour occuper les enfants…jouer, balançoire….Cathy est une femme exceptionnelle, elle nous a très bien accueilli. Elle est très disponible et réactive en cas de problème.Nous avons apprécié l’espace de la villa les nombreuses chambres ainsi que les cuisines qui vous offrent tous le confort pour cuisiner.Nous comptons y retourner très bientôt en famille pour un plus long séjour car nous avons adoré séjourner là-bas.

De nombreux commerce à proximité , des personnes disponibles à tout moments . Nous réservons sans hésiter cette maison lors d’un prochain séjour dans la région andalouse . Je vous conseille cette location les yeux fermés ”

Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos, la casa es muy amplia, está muy bien cuidada, el jardín y los exteriores son espectaculares y los dueños muy amables y atentos. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Para repetir sin duda.
