Villa with 4 double bedrooms, fully air-conditioned, with private garden and pool, and free Wi-Fi.
The villa has a large living room, two complete bathrooms and a toilet in the pool area, a large barbecue, hammocks, complete kitchenware, etc.
The plot and pool area are walled, thus guaranteeing the client's privacy.
It is located in a beautiful rural area typical of the Guadalhorce Valley, in the town of Alhaurin de la Torre, less than 20 minutes from Malaga airport, next to Lauro golf, 9 km from supermarkets, Lidl, Dia, Aldi, Supersol , etc.
20 minutes from the beaches of Malaga, Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola, etc. 20 minutes from the museums, Picasso, Thyssen, Pompidou, etc., and an average of 20 or 25 minutes from any tourist or leisure spot on the Costa del Sol. (An ideal location).
The Villa has 4 double bedrooms, and a maximum capacity for 8 people. Accommodation of 195 M2.
It has a garden, garden furniture, walled plot, a large terrace, barbecue, iron, internet access (Wi-Fi), hairdryer, balcony, heat pump heating, air conditioning, private 9x5 pool, open-air parking (3 spaces) in the same building, 1 TV, satellite. (Languages: Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French).
Play area with soccer goal, basketball basket, tennis set, dart board, ping pong table, badminton set, etc.
Neither Cubo's Holiday Homes nor the owner can be held responsible for possible restrictions in the water supply and how they could affect the traveler's stay, as long as these were decreed by the competent authorities, and were mandatory.
To mitigate these potential inconveniences during your stay, we recommend considering purchasing travel insurance.
The independent gas kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.

The villa is beautiful and had everything you need for a wonderful holiday. It was very clean when we arrived and the pool was cleaned everyday. The villa has lots of things for kids to play with like table football, table tennis, darts and basketball. All equipment was supplied. The pool area is beautiful and very relaxing, the pool is an excellent size. It has a built in BBQ and a lovely seating area. There is a small shop down the road and a restaurant within walking distance but you need a car for supermarketsbeaches. The owner was very kind and left us beers one day and a bottle of Cava on another which was a lovely gesture. We would definitely return!

The house is very clean and Antonio who is the caretaker is very friendly. (But almost only speak spanish can be good to know) We asked for some blankets from the Nice Lady who cleans and it was immediately taken care of. Nice patio and pool. You will need a car if you stay here. Its about a 25-30 minute drive down to a bigger mall but only a few minutes in to alhaurín el grande (or torre of you wish) where you can buy food etc. In one bedroom the bed was quite hard but all the other beds were nice. I would recommend this house!

Super safe if you did have children too...electric gates for the property and then an additional fence that cordons off the pool area. The whole setup is immaculately maintained too. We couldn't rent a car before arriving to the villa so Antonio and his wife were really helpful to give us a ride to nearby airport where there are lots of rental places. The Villa was beautiful and it is in beautiful rural mountain area. We really enjoyed our stay on the Villa and had good time around Andalusia. P.S. The oranges that they gave us where absolutely the best We've ever tasted :)”
