Fully furnished, very bright and has complete kitchenware. This studio is located in a wonderful urbanization, on an elevated floor with frontal views of the sea.
The large community pool is open from Easter until the end of October. It also has a tennis court, large and excellently maintained gardens.
The area in which this property is located is very central where you can find all kinds of services within walking distance such as supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, taxi and bus stops, travel agencies, car rental, etc.

It is located 20 m from "Playas del Algarrobo Costa", 23 km from "Acantilados de Maro", 3 km from the "Baviera Golf" golf course, 400 m from the city "Algarrobo Costa", 50 m from the supermarket "Multiples supermarkets de la area", 53 km from the airport "Aeropuerto Internacional de Málaga Costa del Sol (AGP)", 40 km from the train station "Estacion AVE Maria Zambrano Málaga", 50 m from the bus station "Linea Malaga - Torrox", 8 km from the water park "Aquavelis Torre del Mar", 19 km "Rio Chillar", 30 km "Parque Natural Sierras de Tejeda, Almijara y Alhama" and is located in a residential area and next to the sea.
It has a garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, iron, internet access, hairdryer, jacuzzi, heat pump heating, air conditioning, community+children's pool, television.

Accès à la plage et à la piscine à la sortie de l’immeuble. Bien sécurisé et tranquille.Plusieurs supermarchés à proximité dont un mercadona pas très loins. L’hôte isabel très gentille et à l’écoute de nos besoins. Un peut compliqué pour trouver une place de parking pour la voiture. Pour que ce soit parfait , il manque juste un four et une plaque de cuisson un peut plus grande et puissante, mais ça ne nous à pas empêcher d’apprécier notre séjour qui fut très agréable .

Hemos pasado unos días en Algarrobo Costa, y he de decir que el apartamento ha estado genial, la ubicación es excelente, frente al mar, y junto al paseo marítimo, donde puedes encontrar tantos restaurantes, como todo tipo de servicios. El alojamiento estaba perfecto, todo limpio y en perfecto estado. Ademas la dueña Isabel ha estado pendiente de nosotros en todo momento, recomendándonos actividades para hacer y disfrutar aun mas de la zona. Un 10 para ella.Sin duda, es un apartamento muy recomendable si tenéis pensado venir por la zona, si volvemos tenemos claro donde queremos volver.

La zona está bien, al lado de la playa, hay tiendas para comprar comida, restaurantes a buen precio, con piscina, buenas vistas al mar, cerca de Málaga y Granada, pueblos para visitar, excursiones bonitas. La casa está bien, aunque un poco justa para 4 personas. Gracias.
