Description
Finca Pati is completely renovated and located in the countryside in Alhaurin el Grande and can accommodate 6 people. The plot is completely fenced and has an electric gate, swimming pool, air conditioning in the main living room, and Wi-Fi. On the 2000m plot there are trees with fruits and nuts, beautiful views of the countryside and space to park two cars.
It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. The entire house has mosquito nets. Recently renovated, this farm, its furniture and its products are ready to be enjoyed by you.
Take note that the kitchen is located in a part attached to the house.
This finca offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable holiday in the quiet countryside of southern Spain with a comfortable, fun and relaxing exterior. Outside there is the barbecue area with tables, chairs, sun loungers and hammocks to take advantage of the beautiful views of the garden and the mountains, and the silence and sounds of nature.
The plot is full of fruit trees (oranges, loquats, etc.) that can be used by clients to enjoy the fresh taste of Andalusia.
Neither Cubo's Holiday Homes nor the owner can be held responsible for possible restrictions in the water supply and how they could affect the traveler's stay, as long as these were decreed by the competent authorities, and were mandatory.
To mitigate these potential inconveniences during your stay, we recommend considering purchasing travel insurance.
Lastly, this estate has a private pool for guests that can be used all year round.
Please note that to stay at this property it is necessary to retain or pay a deposit before handing over the keys.

Lovely area to stay in. The town was only a 4mins drive away from the house. The house was very comfortable, clean and had all the amenities that you would need. The pool was lovely a firm favourite with the kids. The owners were very nice and made every effort to make our stay lovely. We requested a cot for our toddler and they arrived and set up the cot and gave us a tour of the grounds and all the fruit trees on the land. By far the best experience we have had and would 100% recommend this property .

We enjoyed our stay immensely with our family (9-year-old daughter and 13-year-old son). It is a quiet and strategic neighbourhood for visiting all kinds of cities and nature.The big plus point? The orange and lemon trees! Couldn't be fresher. The kids loved making their own freshly squeezed orange juice in the morning.The cottage is very well equipped and especially the outdoor area is arranged nicely. We booked the house in late December, early January and with the evening temperatures it was a bit too cold to cook in the outdoor kitchen then. Not a big deal for us as we are used to camping, even in colder temperatures. In spring and summer, it is, I think, the perfect place to live outdoors.And.... the pool a bit too cold for the time of year but the kids still jumped in occasionally! ,-)The host was very accessible and very willing if we had certain questions!

Check in was easy and flexible. You definitely need a car in this property. Pool was nice but not suitable with small children (very deep and situated high up)

There is a washing machine and a line to dry clothes. Outdoor kitchen is very well equipped. Not far from the local town for dinner. Lidl supermarket about 5kms away in coin. 30 minutes drive to Fuengirola beach but it is a lovely drive down.

“If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and the generally stress of any kind, then look no further, this is THE PLACE. This is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The pool is amazing and totally private, don't have to worry about anyone else being able to see you. Making fresh orange juices every morning was just brilliant. This is place has a fully equipped kitchen with pretty much everything you need. Nearest grocery store is a couple miles away. But you do need a car. Nothing is walking distance and roads around here do not seem to have footpaths. There is enough space to park at least half a dozen suv! We are already planning to come back soon!

La maison est idéale pour se détendre, se reposer, prendre de bons repas avec des produits locaux avec une cuisine très bien équipée. Les arbres fruitiers, la menthe... sont à disposition. À 5 min en voiture de tout : commerces, restaurants...
Nous conserverons de précieux souvenirs de cette belle maison.

Très agréable maison, fonctionnelle et joliment décorée. Accueil impeccable. La maison comprend 2 chambres, 1 salon/salle à manger climatisé et 1 Sdb, L’extérieur (protégé par un toit et formant comme un espace semi-fermé) comprend une autre salle à manger et la cuisine (qui est une pièce indépendante qui ferme à clé, parfait pour que la chaleur de la cuisine et des appareils ménagers ne troublent pas la clim de l’intérieur). La piscine est très agréable, suffisamment profonde et de bonne dimension, bien exposée, elle profite du soleil toute la journée. Le jardin est planté de multiples fruitiers (citrons, oranges, grenades, noix, …), selon les saisons, tout le monde doit s’y retrouver ! Alhaurin el grande est une petite ville très bien située pour visiter les alentours aussi bien vers les massifs intérieurs que les grandes villes comme Malaga (40 min), Ronda (1h), Grenade ou Cordoue (1h30) avec de très belles routes.
