The location was excellent and the size of the apartment was good particularly having two bathrooms.

WIfi is dire. This was evident before we left due to a review we read and we emailed to clarify this issue before we left England. We were assured this wasn't a problem. We have teenage children and this is obviously a huge issue for us. The TV could not be set to English. We called the office to help us and it took them 4 days to come. Eventually they did but he couldn't help us. We tried a number but no one answered. Showers were often cold and the apartment is situated above a pizza restaurant which is fine for us but if you had young children that needed to sleep this would be an issue. This needs to be mentioned at the time of booking.

No access to car park initially. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon and had to wait till Monday to get the key fob. This made it extremely difficult to get our luggage from the (far away) car park to the apartment. Also, we’d to pay for parking for 2 days (very hard to get a free spot nearby). The fob could have been left in the apartment (or you could invest in bigger lock boxes for the keys).
