Located on the beachfront and with direct access to the Senda Litoral, this apartment, ideal for couples, has an excellent location to enjoy throughout the season. You can take long walks along the Senda Litoral, enjoy the beaches, beach bars and local businesses that are close to the urbanization. With very well-kept facilities and beautiful gardens.
Although travelers are offered a remote control to access the parking, they must be informed that this accommodation is not sold with parking nor is there the possibility of reserving said parking space. The space allocated in the community for parking within it is limited and no parking is assigned to the accommodation available there. If when you arrive, you find a place, you can occupy it, but if you leave, you may find that you no longer have a place available. If this is the case, there is parking available near the community.
This apartment is located on the ground floor, at your entrance, you will see a general view of the living room with beautiful views of the pool and the sea. You will really enjoy this space, whether to rest, have breakfast or lunch while looking at the sea, or watch television or your favorite series thanks to the Wi-Fi connection available. Wi-Fi that you can use to telework in case you have to dedicate a few hours to your work.
The kitchen, American style. It shares space with the dining room, it is practical, like the entire room, very bright and equipped with everything you need so that you will not have difficulty preparing any type of lunch.
Your rest will be in a bedroom with a double bed, comfortable, with the necessary space to move around comfortably and with a closet that will allow you to store your luggage in an orderly manner.

I stayed at this apartment with two friends during the winter holidays, and it was awesome! The place was super modern, The location was the best part – just a short walk to the beach, where we spent most of our mornings chilling. We also found this amazing café nearby with the best churros ever! The kitchen was small but had everything we needed to make breakfast.

On a passé un super séjour dans cet appartement 😍! L'emplacement est incroyable, juste à côté de la plage. On était deux et c'était parfait pour nous. L’appart était propre et bien équipé, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour quelques jours. Le lit était un peu dur, mais bon, pas trop grave. On a mangé des tapas incroyables dans un resto juste en bas 🥘.

La ubicación es ideal, cerca de la playa, y la piscina del complejo fue una gran ventaja para relajarnos. La cocina estaba totalmente equipada, lo que nos permitió cocinar algunas comidas, pero también disfrutamos de varios restaurantes cerca, con vistas al mar. ¡Todo estaba impecable y moderno! Definitivamente lo recomendaríamos para unas vacaciones en familia.
