Casa adosada muy espaciosa de 3 dormitorios en una ubicación céntrica y tranquila, cerca del Hotel Parador, la famosa calle Carabeo y a 5 minutos a pie del hermoso Balcón de Europa. Dentro de una pequeña y tranquila urbanización típica andaluza en el corazón de Nerja. Comparte un jardín y una piscina realmente bonitos con las pocas otras casas del complejo. Está a 5 minutos a pie de la playa y a 10 minutos a pie del Balcón de Europa. Tiene 3 dormitorios, 1,5 baños, amplio salón/comedor, 2 terrazas en toda la propiedad con vistas al mar, piscina y montaña. Cocina totalmente equipada. En el segundo piso se encuentran los dos dormitorios y el baño, con cama de matrimonio, en el tercer piso tienes un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio. Tiene una azotea para disfrutar del sol en privado.
Ideal para familias o parejas.

Fantastic location. No.8 had all amenities close at hand. It was clean and well kept and had all the facilities needed. Beds were comfortable. Balconies/terraces well equipped.

The pool needs some maintenance- it has seen better days. It had some soft spots where you could feel the bottom of the pool moving. It also wasn’t filled to the very top leaving it quite shallow. We couldn’t get the air conditioning to work - maybe some instructions would be beneficial as we really could have done with it and I’m sure running costs were included in the cost.

Sara at Canovas is an absolute gem. Nothing is a bother, she bends over backwards to assure we have the best time year after year.
