Apartamento de lujo en el centro histórico de Málaga con piscina comunitaria en la cubierta del edificio y magnificas vistas de la parte antigua de la ciudad. Totalmente climatizado, wifi gratuito de 100MB y smart TV.
El apartamento se encuentra ubicado en el recorrido oficial de Semana Santa de Málaga, por lo que prácticamente todas las cofradías desfilan frente al apartamento.
Nuestros clientes deben saber que durante la semana de Feria de Málaga (Agosto) la piscina permanecerá cerrada por motivos de seguridad.
Este alojamiento ha recibido el distintivo "Compromiso de Calidad Turística" en el destino de Málaga dentro del proyecto SICTED.
Además, es significativo señalar que en este edificio vivió el artista Jaime Fernandez Pimentel, autor de El Cenachero, El Biznaguero y El Burrito Platero del Parque, esculturas icónicas para los malagueños.
Consta de un dormitorio, y capacidad total para tres personas (2 en dormitorio + 1 en sofá cama de matrimonio).
En nuestra calle hay infinidad de cafeterías y restaurantes absolutamente peculiares.
Un dormitorio doble y un cómodo sofá-cama en el salón permiten una ocupación de hasta 3 personas.
El apartamento dispone de cocina completa con lavadora, así como un moderno y funcional cuarto de baño.
La ubicación es inmejorable. A menos de 5 minutos andando puede visitar entre otros el Museo Thyssen de Málaga, el Museo Picasso, Calle Larios, la Plaza de la Merced, o innumerables y pintorescos bares y restaurantes de la zona.
El apartamento dispone de una espectacular piscina con vistas a la Catedral de Málaga en la cubierta del edificio.
El apartamento dispone de ajuar completo de sabanas, toallas, cubertería, vajilla, etc.
Disponemos de un juego de sillas para subir y utilizar en la piscina.
Hospedaje inmejorable para conocer Málaga.
IMPORTANTE: El horario de apertura de la piscina es de 08:00 a 00:00. Fuera de este horario no se podrá acceder a la zona de la piscina. En caso de acceder a la piscina fuera de este horario, la comunidad del edificio enviará a un guardia de seguridad que tomará los datos de la personas que hubiesen incumplido esta norma y serán multados con 60,00 €, lo cuales serán retenidos de la fianza.
Ni Cubo’s Holiday Homes ni el propietario, pueden hacerse responsables ante posibles restricciones en el suministro de agua y como pudieran afectar a la estancia del viajero, siempre que estas estuvieran decretadas por las autoridades competentes, y fuesen de obligado cumplimiento.

Overall an incredible location. Right in the heart of old town with easy access to all amenities and then a 20min stroll through the gorgeous streets, shops and restaurants to the picturesque marina and beach.Agent Lućia was extremely helpful and flexible. welcome pack is a lovely touch, just a note, it doesn't contain water so take some for a coffee/tea, the kitchen is well stocked with equipment. There is a fantastic large supermarket up the street where you'll find everything you need. Highly recommend 'hole in the wall' coffee/bakery just along street (left on leaving main entrance opposite side) "best cookies in Spain" & the catamaran Fly Blue 8pm sunset cruise & if hiring bikes go to 'soho bike' for 5* service.

Also turn left on exiting and on the right hand side you will see Brunchit which is incredible for breakfast... take a short walk continuing left to Galletas Artesanales on the right hand side for the best cookies you'll ever have!keep walking a little further to Elumbu for the chorizobeef empanadas. The apartment is stylish, clean and cosy with all of the amenities that you could need. we even found beer in the fridge and self care bathroom kits under the sink. Want to be amongst the beautiful historic buzz of the center? - 2 minuite walk.... beach... 10? The only thing that i will say is that it was reasonably noisy during the night from people walking by due to no double glazing. But that's the price for such a great and beautiful location. Honestly it was incredible, we can thoroughly recommend and would love to go back!

The rooftop swimming pool allows you to spend pleasant moments, to relax after days of activities and to continue sunbathing in peace. The building is also nice and well maintained. It is well located, close to touristic sites, not very far from the beautiful beaches of Malaga but in a quiet street, almost pedestrian and quite silent at night. The welcome is both friendly and professional. I recommend.

Very easy to explore all of Malaga by foot from this location. The rooftop terrace is a nice bonus.

It was very clean well equipped for 2 adults. Juan and his partner were very welcoming and helpful both in the run up to our stay and during our visit. For a Malaga city break I would recommend you try this place.

A big "plus" and of rarity for the old town is the small but fine rooftop pool and the nearby underground car park (attention! Only for small cars and good drivers thought) The reception by Juan was well organized and friendly. Price - performance ratio is right.

The street is quite noisy though, it is impossible to sleep with opened window, but this is probably the case of all apartments in city center of Malaga.

Great place, perfect location. Very professional and friendly property owners. If you want to experience Malaga, this is the place to stay. The parking garage is a unique facility in the center of Malaga, so when you rent a car you can park it in 250m from the apartment. But going by train from the airport is also a perfect alternative. Only 10min by train and 10min by foot and you are at your front door.
